From 8 to 30 may 2010 the second edition of GDFB will take place. A festival that will surprise the public and inspire the professionals by showing the communicative powers of graphic design within our daily visual culture. I was asked for several projects for the festival. I was selected as one of the 50 international designers to design a A0 sized poster that will be displayed in the streets of Breda during the festival. My poster is about learning the rules of the road because I am trying to get my drivers licence this summer

I was also really happy  to be one of the twelve artists who handpainted the giant desingertoys designed by LouLou & Tummie in the city park at the opening of the festival. The other artists were Staynice, Collin van de Sluijs, Rutger Termohlen, Darrin Umboh, Bobby Pola, Lennard Schuurmans, Superoboturbo, Louis Reith, Martine Johanna, Troy Lovegates and ZenkOne.

The 3rd project was for IDFX, they have some sort of window at Breda central trainstation. Every month a different artist or designer fills it by choice. In the context of the graphic design festival they thought of me so I made this cardboard dog and tattooed it with all kinds of small drawings.
