I am very happy with my new poster design. There are some special things going on with this one.
First of all the paper is heavier (220 grams) and chiquer. Second, I made the poster in one day. I went on a holiday to Zeeland but I forgot my swimmingpants, so I sat in my beachchair and drew all kinds of stuff and swimmers in the water. When I got home I used those drawings and started working them out on two big sheets at 7 am. I finished at lunch, and went to the silkscreen workshop, prepared my screens and finished printing before dinner!

For this years poster of the BUT FilmFestival I tried something different. I made cardboard suits and a cinema setting and asked photographer Roel van de Laar to shoot the picture. First I tried to use cardboard typography aswel but that didn’t work out the way I was hoping… So we had to do another shoot. I am happy with the result and would like to thank Roel for helping me out. Also a big thanks to Rick and Rutger for modeling twice with this insane temprature

This is the poster I did for the Graphic Design Festival Poster project. 50 international designers were asked to design a A0 sized poster that will be displayed in the streets of Breda during the festival (8 - 30 may 2010). My poster is about learning the rules of the road because I am trying to get my drivers licence this summer

I am thinking of making a little webshop on the site because I have other posters for sale as well. And, thanks to my friend Roel I finally have some good photos of my work. (Check out the photos of BUT filmfestival and my small prints I made at Extrapool, they are way better than before!)

Always in the best mood when I can print my new designs on big machines! I will show you the result soon!

A poster I’ve made for the new sensation in town; De Wasserette! Every thursday they give a party, “In ieder stadje een ander schatje” a dutch saying which means that you have a different girl in every town. The concept will be that different dj’s from other cities will keep your thursday evening funky/fresh! I will design a new poster every month so stay tuned (and party).
